Adam's Bio


Adam began performing at the age of 15 and gained a Btec in Performing Arts from Accrington and Rossendale College. 

He has a full time job in the Music Industry for one of the leading brands and in his spare time has won critical acclaim for his performing and directing. This has resulted in him being both nominated and winning awards, most notably two Best Director awards for his adaptation of Sweeney Todd (2014) at the Lowry Theatre for National Operatic and Dramatic Awards and also the Manchester Musical Awards.

Theatre credits include: Billy - Billy, Malcolm - The Full Monty, Andy - Brassed Off, Simon Stride - Jekyll and Hyde, Eddie - world premier of The Cappuccino Girls, Motel - Fiddler on the Roof, Simon - Jesus Christ Superstar, Tobias - Sweeney Todd, Pish-Tush - Hot Mikado,  Freddie - Chess, Pirate King - Pirates of Penzance (Royal Northern College of Music); Jerry - The Full Monty, Nanky Poo - Hot Mikado, Anthony -Sweeney Todd, Kips - Half a Sixpence, Edwin - Summer Holiday (Oldham Coliseum); Joe Casey - Our House (Albert Halls Bolton) Mercutio and then later Benvolio - Romeo and Juliet, Dromio of Syracuse - A Comedy of Errors, Donald Duck - Blue Remembered Hills, Roger in Rent - The Lowry (nominated for two Best Supporting Actor awards for NODA and also the MMA Manchester Musical Awards)

Adam’s directing credits include: Guys And Dolls, H.M.S Pinafore, Pirates of Penzance!, The Boyfriend, HONK!, Jesus Christ Superstar, Robin Prince of Sherwood, The Wiz! Bouncers, Annie, West Side Story, Hot Mikado, Sweeney Todd, Acorn Antiques, Grease and Miss Saigon.
